Internet Sales Policies

It is understood and agreed that any transaction involving a deposit for a vehicle (hereinafter the "Vehicle") must be consummated within seven (7) days of the issuance of such deposit. YourDealerName Car Sales of Dallas (hereinafter "YourDealerName") will only hold a Vehicle for which a deposit has been placed for seven (7) days after the issuance of deposit. All deposits issued for transactions that are not completed within seven (7) days of the deposit shall be forfeited unless otherwise agreed in writing by YourDealerName.

The above policies are posted on the YourDealerName web page. The policies shall be strictly enforced and shall not be altered or changed unless otherwise agreed to in writing by YourDealerName.
